Vincent J. Taggart, Sr, 79, passed away November 23, 2015 at Holmes Regional Medical Center. Born in Pleasantville, NJ on February 26, 1936, son of the late Joseph and Alice (Horton) Taggart. Beloved husband of Marilyn T. (Buxton) Taggart for the past 60 years. Loving father of Deborah (Glenn)Taggart, Denise (David) McDonald, Vincent J. Taggart, Jr, David (Debbie) Taggart. Beloved brother of William, Joseph, and Gerald (Vera) Taggart, Joan (Harvey) Bird, Alice Jones, and Gen Dinger. Cherished grandfather of Crystal Duzan, BJ Loy, BonnieRae (Jimmy) Martin, Moriah Blaylock, and Kara; great-grandfather of Alexis and James Martin, William Loy III, Frank and Aiden Loy, Brianna Diehl, Ryo and T.T. Prina, Aaron Blaylock, Kalia and Kai Hart. Great-Great Grandfather of Dokota Diehl. Great-grandfather of the Caleb Blaylock.

Mr. Taggart was a longtime resident of Eau Gallie having been employed as a plumber for many years.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 11:00am at the DAVIS-SEAWINDS Funeral Home, 560 Montreal Avenue, Melbourne, FL. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Hospice of Health First, 1900 Dairy Road, W. Melbourne, FL 32904
