Victor R. Burke died peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, February, 1st. Victor was a long time beloved NJ public educator prior to retiring in 1996. He spent the remainder of his life living in Florida and traveling the U.S by RV with his wife as well as his children and grandchildren. He loved the National Parks, Disney, and cutting up with family, friends and  whomever he met. He was a mentor and friend to many over the years. Victor is survived by his wife, Barbara, his daughter, Victoria, his son, Michael, his son in-laws Kevin and Paul, his grandchildren, Bridget, Liam, and Kieran as well as many other family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Park Foundation.
