Vickie Lee Sells, 65, of Palm Bay, died Monday, January 24, 2022.

Vickie was born in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Rootstown High School.  With her children, she relocated to sunny Florida in 1979 where she lived out the rest of her days.  She went on to achieve her associate's degree as a medical assistant.  She also had many hobbies in arts and crafts, such as macramé and ceramics.

Vickie was predeceased by her oldest daughter, Monica Lee Knapp, and is survived by her three children Zachuriah (Zach) John Knapp of Fort Lauderdale; Megon Evelyn Workman of West Melbourne; and Richard (Ricky) Albert Matakonis, Jr. of Palm Bay.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Vickie was adamantly against a visitation or grave-side funeral, however, immediate family can contact her daughter, Megon, if they wish to participate in a celebration of life dinner to be held on a future date that can accommodate all who wish to attend.
