Tom S. Studstill, Jr., 91, of Melbourne, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2023.

He was born to the late Tom S. Studstill, Sr. and Idella Head on November 20, 1931 in Lovett, Florida. He served four years in the Navy, then graduated from Florida State University in 1959 with a Bachelor of Science from The School of Business.

Tom was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Mary Ann, and lived in Brevard County for more than 50 years. Tom is survived by his children Cheryl (Stan) Trent, Tom (Michelle) Studstill, six beautiful grandchildren: Colleen, Dan, Carysa, Ryan, Jamie and Kaleigh, five great-grandchildren: Sydney, Whitney, Nolan, Reid, and Scarlett, and his dachshund, Nikki.

Tom worked for the State of Florida for more than 40 years, first as a juvenile counselor and later as golf course attendant for Melbourne Municipal Golf Course. He never met a stranger and greeted everyone with his infectious smile and boisterous laugh. He was an avid golfer, loved playing cards, and on the weekend you could always find him cheering on the Miami Dolphins and FSU Seminoles.
