Terry Thompson Caldwell passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. Born on October 10, 1943 in Wyandotte, Michigan. He was the beloved child of the late Jonas and Mary Jane "McGuire" Caldwell. He graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in Wyandotte, Michigan. He honorably served in the United States Army from 1962 - 1968 and retired from National Steel after 32 years and moved to Northern Michigan, "Canada Creek Ranch" until his relocation to Brevard County in 2012.
He leaves memories to be cherished by his loving wife Pauletta; children, Chris Caldwell (Beth), Angela Opland (Don), Phillip Carroll (Candance); grandchildren, Jesse, Luke, Zack, Donny, Andrea, Brooke, Cody, Cadie and Danille; two brothers, Richard (Mary Ann) Caldwell, Larry (Elaine) Schwochow; one sister, Carol Lynn Caldwell McLeod (Michael): and one sister-in-law Judie Schwochow; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Robert Schwochow
He belonged to the SCHOG' (Space Coast Harley Owners Group) in Florida, and to the "HOG" 45th Parallel" in Michigan. His hobbies were his Harley, hunting and fishing. Terry liked to say his favorites were; his wife, his Harley and his little red sports car. He was very active in his church, Melbourne First Church of the Nazarene and especially enjoyed volunteering for the Daily Bread.
Donations may be sent in Terry's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Services will be held in Florida and Michigan at later dates.
