Teresa W. Lewis Obituary

Teresa Wol Lewis, 62, of Melbourne, Florida passed away peacefully at William Childs Hospice House on November 7, 2018.

She was born in South Korea and then relocated to the United States in 1980, living in Oklahoma, England, and California, before settling down in Palm Bay and Melbourne, Florida.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Tok Im Yi.  She is survived by her sons, Steven Lewis of Dallas, Texas, Dr. Justin Lewis and his wife, Dr. Tania Burinskas of Sparks, Maryland, her grandsons Greyson, Beckett, and Ashley Lewis, sisters Okson Hall, Ok Ja Park, Ok Nam Park, and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Teresa was a compassionate and caring nurse, taking care of patients for almost 30 years.  She was employed at the Palms Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Palm Bay.  She was a gifted artist finding inspiration in nature and religion.  Teresa was a supporter of the orphans and poverty-stricken people of Central America through the Franciscan Mission Associates.

A memorial service will be held for Teresa on Sunday, March 10 ^th , 2019 at 11:00 am at the Davis-Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne, Florida.
