Sybil Patricia ( Lyles ) Gaskin , 9 3, went to heaven on February 07 , 2021

She was an 11 y ear resident of Life Ca r e of Palm Bay , Garden Memo r y Care Unit, previously living in Melbourne and Tampa Florida .

Sybil passed peacefully with h e r 2 daughters , Kami and Trish by her side . We were so blessed by the staff of Vitas Hospice and the loving care givers of the Life Care Center . They loved her as their family .

Sybil and family are from Sumter , South Carolina and relocated to Melbourne Florida in 1966 . Surviving daughters live in Bre v ard County .

Sybil is survived by 2 daughters , as well as 6 brothers and sisters in South Carolina . She was blessed with 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren . She will be sorely missed by all .

Our mother loved living near the o ce an and the many waterways of Florida . She was a very beautiful lady with natural style and grace . Sybil taught her children their innermost core values and to most of all , love the Lord ! Sybil was widowed at the young age of 49 and persevered by starting a career at that that time. She was highly su cc e s sful and retired at the ripe young age o f 72 . She set a wonderful example of hard work and achievement .

Sybil is pre deceased by her husband Buck Gaskin , Wayne Gaskin ( son ), Doris Fernanander ( sister ) Harold Lyles ( brother ) and Kong Lyles ( brother ) Clifford Lyles ( father ) and Agnes Lyles ( mother )

A local service will not be held due to the risks of C ovid virus . We will c elebrate Sybils life with her immediate family in South Carolina at an undetermined later date .
