Sue C Byrnside,72, of Melbourne, Florida died Monday August 31, 2015.
She was born to the late John and Elizabeth Case on February 22, 1943 in Shelbyville, KY.
Sue graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1961 and received her AA Degree in Medical Assisting from Keiser College in 1994. She married Nicholas C. Byrnside in 1961 and they lived together in various US locations during their 30 plus years of his Air Force career.
They retired from the Air Force at Patrick AFB, FL in 1988 and resided in Melbourne, Fl.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Nicholas C. Byrnside II.
Sue is survived by her husband Nicholas C. (Nick) Byrnside Colonel USAF, Ret.; her children Wesley T. Byrnside of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. and Clara Beth Lakas of Melbourne, FL; Three grandchildren Wayne Henry Lakas III, Taylor Nichole Lakas, Robert Caleb Derfuss; Two brothers John
B. Case Jr and Michael T Case of Shelbyville, KY and one sister Darlene Williams of
Denhem Springs, LA.
Memorial service will be held in the Grove Hill Cemetery Chapel on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 11:00am. The burial will immediately follow at Grove Hill Cemetery, Shelbyville, KY.
