Steven Eugene Monroe, 50, passed away on October 31st, 2013 in Melbourne, FL. He was born on July 29th, 1963 in Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 1963 to the late Lawrence Jr. and Virginia Hughes-Monroe. Steve leaves cherished memories with his sisters, Patti (Brian) and Joanne (Jerry); brothers, Mike (Debbie) and Kenny (Donna); nephew, Christopher; niece, Katie; and long time friend and companion, Erick.
In his younger years, he enjoyed long rides on his bicycle and camping trips. He worked as a security officer for a manufacture business and always appreciated good times with family and friends. Steve will be remembered as a generous , loyal man who truly adored the Florida Lifestyle.Family will greet friends from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 7th at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne with a Celebration of Steven's Life to follow at 11:00 a.m.
