Stephen Chaffee, 65, died Monday on December 12, 2011 at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne. He was born on July 9, 1946 in Fall River, Massachusetts.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Maria of Melbourne; a son, Thomas and a daughter, Stephanie both of Melbourne; and his mother Jean Chaffee of Melbourne.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the Kingdom Hall on Trimble Road, Melbourne.
