Sigrid T. Polumbo, 74,of Grant, Fl, died Sunday July 19

She was born to the late Thor and Bertie Mae Tobiason on December 10, 1940 in Biloxi, Mississippi. Sigrid graduated Hialeah High School in 1959 and studied business and secretarial school at Charron Williams Business School where she graduated 1960. She married Samuel Polumbo, Jr. in 1980, and they lived in Hollister, Fl before relocating to Grant, Fl in 1989.

She loved the ocean and anything pertaining to nature or wildlife.

Sigrid is survived by her husband Samuel Polumbo, Jr., of Grant, Fl., David and Natalie Miner of Paltka, Fl., Lorena Miner of Grant, Fl.,. She is survived by her 5 grandchildren.

A gathering will be held at 4pm Friday July 24, 2015 at Davis-Seawinds Funeral Home 560 Montreal Avenue Melbourne, Fl. The service will be held at 5pm.

Living plants are welcomed or donations made to the American Heart Association.
