IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Scott Phillip
Howe
July 27, 1971 – May 5, 2025
Scott's adventures began early as he traveled around America to different Air Force bases with his family. He lived in Massachusetts, Alaska, Ohio, Louisiana, and Florida before he graduated from Titusville Highschool in 1989.
His favorite childhood memories included; camping in Alaska, bears shaking the camper while he and his sister watched out the window, wearing his Daniel Boone fringed leather outfit everywhere, fishing and hunting for alligators in the Louisiana swamp with his dad, reaching up to grab king crab from the counter top before he was tall enough to see it, trying to sneak up on his mom as he practiced his ninja skills, riding his dirt bike through the Florida woods and spending the day out their with his friends, learning Goshen jitsu and sparring with his sensei, and surfing on Cocoa Beach with friends throughout high school.
He moved to Oklahoma where he was stationed after joining the Air Force where he met and married his wife of 32 years, Rachel Howe. His military career took him across the United States. His travels included; Germany, Puerto Rico, Ireland, and Saudi Arabia.
He was happiest when he was outdoors hiking, fishing, or catching snakes. He loved to get lost in the wilderness and find his way out with a compass or g.p.s. He loved technology and was always on top of the latest gadgets. He had many hobbies and interests over the years that included; hunting , astronomy, indians, the Cherokee language, computers, physics, UFO's, weather, photography, golf, different religions and politics to name a few. He had enough memories to fill three or four lifetimes!
His adventure was cut short by cancer and he left us May 5, 2025. He will be greatly missed!
He is survived by his parents Ray and Nancy Howe, wife Rachel Howe, son Cody Howe, sister Carrie Bernard, nephew and niece Matthew and Lauren.
Services will be held both in Florida and Oklahoma.
