Sarah Ann Carter went to be with Jesus in Heaven on October 23, 2022. She was born in Bradenton, Florida on October 26, 1984 weighing only 3.15 lbs. As a premie, She was a fighter from the start, born to William J. Brock III and Gloria Helene Chumney Brock. She loved children, helping others, and was a nanny for many years to physically disabled children. She went to become a Certified Nursing Assistant which she absolutely loved. She was a loving wife to her husband Justin Ryan Carter and would have celebrated 12 years on October 30th. Sarah was a devoted mother and protector to her "perfect blessing" Kabe Gracen Carter. Sarah loved being a mom and cared for her son above all else as he was the center of her world. She enjoyed country and contemporary Christian music and loved going to Anna Maria Island beaches any change she got. She is survived by her husband Justin Carter, son Kabe Gracen Carter, parents Bill and Helene Brock, sister Emily, and Grandmother "Neena".

Services will be held at Eau Gallie First Baptist (1501 W. Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, Fl 32935) on Friday November 4th, 2022 at 5:00pm.
