Lee Hamilton (Finney)   age 63, passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on Saturday, April 17, 2021 in her home in Palm Bay, Florida with her husband Robert J. Hamilton .Jr. (Bob) and special friend Peggy Woods by her side.

Born on December 31, 1957 in Waterville, Maine. Sandra grew up in Falmouth with her parents Edith (Condon) Finney, William Finney and sister Ann Gravelle (Finney), all predeceased.

It was through family trips to their camp in Baker Cove on Moosehead Lake that Sandra's family moved to Greenville where she later resided with her husband Bob of 35 years. Sandra worked as a cook for local restaurants in Greenville until relocating to Palm Bay in 2004. Sandra enjoyed her lunch dates with Ms. Peggy, morning coffee time with Kathy and her times spent on Moosehead Lake and at Elm Pond with her friends. Her fun-loving nature shined brightest when spending time with her family and is survived by many special nieces and nephews with whom she shared a lot of laughter and love with. Sandra enjoyed fishing, sewing, loved flowers, and was a devoted dog owner, having rescued many. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, her kindness and her love for friends and family.

A proud citizen of the Penobscot Nation, Sandra is also predeceased by her biological father Richard Norwood and sister Terry Ring. She is also survived by sisters Margaret Hoffman, Cheryl Davidowicz, Mari Donton and brother Gary Abbey.

A graveside ceremony will be held at the Greenville Cemetery on June 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations towards cancer research or your local animal rescue.
