Samantha Nicole Frey, 23, departed this life on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Born and raised in Melbourne, FL, she is the beloved daughter of Alan Frey and Patricia Ann Wooten-Frey. Samantha leaves memories to be cherished by her parents; sister, Amy Voorhees; brother, Benjamin Voorhees; grandmother, Rosemond Frey; grandfather, Homer Wooten; aunt, Vicki Burkhardt; cousins, Joshua Bauer and Kevin Burkhardt; her 2 adorable second cousins, 3 nieces and many friends. She was predeceased by her baby girl, Madison Buttree. Samantha will be remembered as a fun and lovable woman whom truly had heart of gold. She will be dearly missed. Family will greet friends from 5p.m. to 6p.m. on Friday, June 6th at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home with a Celebration of Samantha's Life to follow at 6p.m.
