Ruth Elizabeth Lombard, 95, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 14th, 2011, in Palm Bay, FL. She was born in Aynor, SC on May 18th, 1916 to the late Alva Dorman and Mary Skipper. Ruth was resident of Brevard County since 1948. She was a dietitian; a realtor and owned and operated the Lake Washington Marina. She enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, cooking and spending time with her grand-kids.

Ruth is survived by her sister, Frances Dexter; brother, Mack Dorman; grandchildren, Michelle Berry, Jennifer Lee, Michael Benton and Susan Benton; and 7 adoring great-grandchildren.

Family will greet friends from 4 to 5PM on Monday, September 19, 2011 at Davis - Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne, FL with a funeral service to follow at 5PM. Interment will take place at 1PM Tuesday, September 20, 2011 in Sumterville Cemetery, Lake Panasoffkee, FL.
