Roy Fitzwater 90, passed away peacefully yesterday 26, July 2017 in the ICU of Holmes Regional Hospital in Melbourne, Fl. Roy was the son of the late Elisha and Rosie Fitzwater of Otter Creek. He is survived by one sister, Ida Faye James, and one brother Donald Patrick Fitzwater Sr and a bunch of nephews and nieces. The family cannot thank his nephew, John Crowder, enough for the care he has given Roy for the past several years while he was in the nursing home. He checked on him almost daily, took him clothing and bags of candy which he gave to the nurses and care givers at the Nursing home.His service will be Saturday at the Davis-Seawins Funeral Home in Melbourne.
