Roberta B "Bobbie" Nigh, 85 of Melbourne, FL passed away on January 24, 2015. She was born on August 29, 1929 in Clarksburg, WV to Harold and Kelsie Brown. Roberta had been a resident of Melbourne since 1992, coming from Satellite Beach where she was a manager for WT Grants. She owned and operated her own home health care and cleaning business for many years. She was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church, where she served actively until her health declined. Bobbie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Richard Nigh in 2000 and a great grandson, Skyler Jason Nigh. She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Thomas) Stewart of Bristol, VA, Becky Prosser of Melbourne, FL and Johanna (Greg) Beemer of Grand Isle, FL; son, Richard (Mary Ellen) Nigh II of West Melbourne, FL; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A celebration of Bobbie's life will be held at 11:00 AM, February 7, 2015 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 1903 Croton Road, Melbourne, FL 32935. A reception will follow.
