Robert Walter Smith, 76, of Cocoa, Florida passed away February 17, 2015 at Shands at the University of Florida.

He was born June 22, 1938 in Rochester, NY to the late Harold and Helen Smith.

Mr. Smith was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He was the former President of the Lakeville Lions Club. He enjoyed the outdoors and cherished the time he spent teaching his children and grandchildren to hunt and fish.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Barbara Smith; children, Cindy Smith, Bobby (Lisa) Smith, Elaine (Jimmy) Figuerua, Marilyn (John) Ernst, Richard (Denise) Smith, Tammy Smith and Robert (Natalie) Smith; 7 brothers; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held 4-6 pm, Saturday, February 21st at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 6 p.m.
