It is with great sadness that the family of Robert Smith announce his passing. Robert Smith, 90, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.

Robert was born on February 16, 1934 in Taunton, Massachusetts to Joseph and Alfrenda Smith.

Robert loved spending time with his family. He lived a full and happy life. He never met a stranger that he didn't like and had many, many friends.

Survivors include sons: Robert J. Smith (Sue), Ronald Smith, and Rick Smith; daughters: Susan Hitchcock (John) and Deb Gamache; eight grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Robert was predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Carol Viera Smith; a daughter, Baby Smith; and many siblings.

As per the family's request, no funeral or memorial services will be held.
