Richard S Thibault "Teebow", 69, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2014 in Melbourne, FL. Richard was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1944 to the late Omer J. and Georgina Arruda-Thibault in Fall River, Massachusetts. Following his graduation from Durfee High School he enlisted into United States Army. He was a proud member of AFSCME Council 93. He leaves memories to be cherished by his beloved wife, Elizabeth A. Cooper; daughter, Donna Cabral of Fall River, MA; sister, Pamela A. Kogovsek of Belton, MO; brother, Omer J. Thibault of Fall River, MA; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In Richard's down time enjoyed playing video games, watching NASCAR racing and going to Walt Disney World. Family will greet friends from 1p.m. to 2p.m. on Thursday, October 30th at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne, with a Celebration of "Teebow's" Life to follow at 2p.m. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Davis Seawinds Funeral Home, 560 Montreal Ave., Melbourne, FL 32935.
