Rexal (Rex) E. Hendren, 54, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2012, surrounded by bis famity at his home in Melbourne, FL, after a valiant battle with stomach cancer.
He was born an August 12, 1957 in Brockport. NY.
Rex proudly served bis country as SPC in the 1st Cavalry in the US Army from 1975-1978.
He was predeceased by his brother, James R. Hendren, who passed away last year.
A devoted husband and father, he is survived by his wife of 23 years, Carmen; daughter, SPC Teruko DiDomenico (US
Army Reserves); daughter, Sr. Airman Megan Hendren (US Air Force); daughter, SPC Katie Hendren (US Navy); his parents, Jim
and Maggie Hendren of Melbourne Beach, FL; sister, Debbie (Rich) Wilson of Satellite Beach, FL; brother, David of
Rochester, NY; sister, Kathy (Billy) Thompson of Easley, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday, August 18, 2012, at 1 PM at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Community in Indian Harbour Beach, FL.
