Priscilla (Pat) Glidden, 92, of Palm Bay, FL, passed away peacefully at home on March 21, 2020, with her family by her side.  She was born in Lynn, MA on October 2, 1927 and was raised in Macwahoc, ME, where she met, fell in love with and married Walter Glidden in 1946.

She is survived by their three children, Margaret Ogden (Palmer); Robert Glidden (widowed); and Dawn Wood (Richard); 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and her sister Mary Lynn Wheaton (96) of Norridgewock, ME.  She was pre-deceased by her husband of 58 years, Walter Glidden, her brother, John McCormack, and a sister, Ethel Pearson.

Pat and Walter moved to the Miami-Dade area of Florida in 1950 where they raised their children and cared for children in the foster system.  Upon retirement, Pat and Walter relocated to Pine Island, FL where they were active with VFW Post 4353.  They further enjoyed their retirement upon moving to Belleview, FL with the occasional road trip out west and visiting relatives in Maine.  Pat moved to Palm Bay, FL in 2004 and was active in many senior activities in the Holiday Park Community.
