Penelope "Penny" Arbogast-Seaman, 77, departed this life peacefully on Sunday, August 31, 2014. Born in Clarksburg, WV, on May 31, 1937 she was the beloved daughter of the late Grey and Lorraine Burrows-Arbogast. Penny was a graduate of Alameda High School, Alameda, CA and relocated to Florida in the mid 1960's coming from Claysville, PA. She worked as a legal secretary for the majority of her career. Penny will be remembered as a sweet natured woman that enjoyed good conversations and being with her loved ones. Penny leaves memories to be cherished by her sons, Larry, Gary and Delbert (Debbie) Seaman; sister, Pam Arbogast (Larry Bartroff); brother, Keith Arbogast (Beth); 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and her long time faithful friend and companion, Bob Filliger. Family will greet friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 4th at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 5th at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home with interment to follow at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge.
