Paul Smith passed away Sunday Feb 6, 2022 surrounded by loving family.
He is survived by his four daughters:

His sister Emma Gay Hammonds (Carroll)
Niece Kathy Carter (Danny)
Ten Grandchildren: David Rhodes Jr., Daniel Rhodes, Kayleigh Rhodes, Michael Von Cannon, Debra Prongue, Ariel Sisler, Michael Daube, Jessica Jones, Dillon Shearer, Tyler Shearer
Sixteen Great-Grandchildren: Emma, Izzy, Frankie, Rachel, Julia, Angel, Daunte, Jaxon, Matthew, Layla, Mackenzie, Grayson, Wally, Freddie, Julian and Kacen

Paul Smith served our country and community in the US Air Force for 4 years, Melbourne Police Department for 23 years, Pennington Gap (VA) Police Department, and Greenville County (SC) Law Enforcement Center.
