IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patricia "Patty"
Ranno

Patricia "Patty" Ranno
October 16, 1953 – October 19, 2025
Palm Bay, Florida
Patricia Ranno, lovingly known as Patty, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children at home at the age of 72 in Palm Bay, Florida. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt — the heart of her family and the one who made everyone laugh, feel heard, and feel at home.
Patty was endlessly creative and had a gift for making something beautiful out of anything. With a sewing machine, a glue gun, or just an idea, she could create magic — staying up late into the night working on handmade gifts, blankets, or crafts that carried her love in every stitch. Her family and friends always knew that if you needed something, Patty could make it, fix it, or figure it out.
She had a wicked sense of humor and a quick wit that could brighten any day. She was funny, warm, and fiercely devoted to the people she loved. Being a mom — and later a grandmother and great-grandmother — was her greatest joy. She loved her family deeply and unconditionally, and they loved her right back.
Patty is survived by her three children, Kerianne, Mike, and Kelly; her grandchildren Mikey (Carla), Jonah, Mykenzie, Karsyn, Caleb, Kylie, Mykayla, Kaylee, Ashton, Dean, and Joey; and her great-grandchildren Olivia, Sora, and Jaylen. She is remembered with love by countless friends and extended family who were blessed to know her.
She answered to many names — Ma, Momma, Mommy, Grams, Crabby Patty, and Pattycakes — each one said with affection and tied to a thousand memories. Strong, kind, and full of heart, Patty lived her life with laughter, love, and a creative spark that will never fade.
We'll miss her cooking, her late-night crafting, her quick humor, and her endless care. But most of all, we'll miss her — the way she made everyone feel loved, special, and home.
A celebration of Patty's life will be held Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne, Florida. Family and friends are invited to come together, share stories, and remember her the way she lived — with warmth, laughter, and love.
