Neil J McCabe, 91, of Vero Beach Florida, died Thursday January 7, 2021 with his family by his side. He moved from Pleasantville, New York to Vero Beach in 1994.

He was born to the late Hugh and Margret McCabe on January 1, 1930 in Brooklyn, New York. His sister, Mary McCabe, and his two brothers Hugh and Michael McCabe preceded him in death.  He had an unwavering faith in God and he was married to the love of his life, Ann for 67 years, who preceded him in death.

He was the District Service Manager for the Cadillac Motor Car Division of General Motors for over 20 years.  He was a Past Grand Master of Pleasantville Masonic Lodge; Commander in the Knights Templar of New York;  a 30 year member and past Captain in Hays Hose Fire Department, Pleasantville, New York; a proud Marine Veteran and a member of the Vero Beach Marine Corps League; and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Vero Beach Fl.

He always had time to listen to anyone that needed his advice and volunteered his time cooking meals for the Masons; volunteering with the Marine Corps League toys for tots;, filming Pleasantville Panthers football games, or cooking breakfast for the Men's' breakfast club at Westminster Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his children Ken (Fay) McCabe of Viera Florida; Richard (Tracey) of Kansas; Neil G of Vero Beach Florida; grandchildren TJ, Kenny, Nicole, Khristy, Chris, Alex, and seven great grandchildren.
