Nancy M Mapes 69, of Warminster, PA passed away April 5, 2023, with family by her side after a yearlong battle with cancer. She was born on January 3rd, 1954, in Philadelphia, PA to Raleigh B and Jane D Mapes, who have both preceded her in death.
Nancy was a Property Manager for over 20 years at Continental Property Management in Warrington, Pennsylvania, retiring in December of 2022. After her retirement she moved to Melbourne, Florida to be with her daughter.
Nancy was always happy in her garden planting and enjoying all types of flowers, fruit and vegetables. She was a talented baker and loved sending birthday cupcakes to school with each of her grandchildren. She delighted in spending countless hours crafting with her grandchildren and spoiling them as much as she could. Nancy was everyone's party favor go-to. Her nieces treasured her handcrafted shower favors. She loved to host get-togethers and holiday gatherings and always went all out in doing so. She was a generous and welcoming hostess.
Nancy was recently predeceased by her oldest grandson, Cory "CJ" Williams. Survivors include her son, Joseph E (Reginna) Brozyno, III of Warminster, PA; daughter, Tanya Renee (Courtney "JR") Chang of Melbourne, FL; grandchildren, Xia Chang, Camren Chang, Noah Brozyno and Dominic Brozyno; siblings, Carole J Mapes-Bottari, Raleigh B Mapes, Jr, Deborah L Hernandez, Margaret S. Root and Patricia A Mapes; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Nancy was a loving, kind and generous person who will be missed sorely by her family, friends and colleagues.
A Memorial Tea to celebrate Nancy's life will be celebrated from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at The Bucks Club, 2600 York Road, Jamison, PA 18929. At the family's request, black is not required, suggested attire is "Sunday Best".
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions are suggested to American Cancer Society.
