Mary Newton McNew went home to be Lord, October 20, 2017. Mary was born in Blountville, Tennessee to Emory and Nancy Newton on July 15, 1927, and was a resident of West Melbourne for the last 50 years and was the owner/operator of the Beauty Corral until she retired. She always active in church, community, and family activities, she loved to serve her church from teaching Sunday School to making sandwiches for a community outreach. She was known to many as Meme and all came to her for the (grand) mother's touch. She was preceded in death by husband Douglas McNew (Ossie) and Grandson Joshua Renfro (Razz), Daniel McNew, Jane Newton (sister) and Betty Tittle (sister). She is survived by her daughter, Mary Douglas Renfro and granddaughter, Mary Danielle Renfro, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
Funeral Services will be held at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home at 6:30 PM. Graveside services will be held in Bristol, TN.
