Marvin Melvin Miller, 81, passed away on September 9th, 2011, in Viera, FL. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 22nd, 1929 to the late Irving Miller and Rose Lippman. By the age of 15, Marvin found his passion in life, music. He honorably served in the United Sates Air Force and pursued his passion in music while being enlisted. After the service, he attended Ohio State University were he met his soon to be wife, Serene Stone. They married and settled in Michigan. Marvin was a dedicated music teacher and proud of being the Jr./Sr. High-school Music Director. He retired after forty years of teaching. Marvin and Serene retired to Brevard County twenty years ago. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an active fisherman.
Marvin is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Serene; daughter, Marcee; son, Marc.
Services will be held 11:30AM, on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 South Fleming Street, Sebastian, FL 32958.
