Martha Sweeney passed away on January 17 2014 at the age of 91, at Holmes Regional Hospital.
Martha was born in Dover, OH in 1922 and resided in North Canton, Ohio until she moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1979. She worked in retail sales at Belk Lindsey's until she retired in 2000. Martha loved all animals and was an avid gardener.
She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Francis J. Sweeney. She is survived by her brother Paul Rimer of Dover, OH, her daughter, Margaret Ann Sweeney and her son, Michael Sweeney (Lisa).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Grand Villa Assisted Living Facility, 964 South Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL. The family would like to thank the staff at Grand Villa for the care and kindness they extended to Martha.
