Marianne O'Neill, age 79, peacefully passed away after a long illness Friday, February 14th surrounded by family. Born in Albany, NY, she was a graduate of Albany High School, the daughter of Francis O'Neill, Christine Stark and stepfather Clifford Packard. A retired employee of the NYS Department of Transportation, Marianne enjoyed socializing on her computer, playing bingo and visiting with family and friends. Marianne resided in Florida for 20 years and is survived by brother Raymond (Rose) O'Neill of Port Richey Florida, and children Donna (Kase) Moir of Satellite Beach, FL, Timothy Kase of Nassau, NY, Susan Kase-Featherly of Deland, FL, and Peter (Joanne) Kase of Poughkeepsie, NY. She was the grandmother of 5 grandchildren, great grandmother of one, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. A special memorial mass will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace in New Port Richey, FL and Holy Spirit in East Greenbush, NY, dates TBD.
