Margaret Cortright's Obituary
"Peg" passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Life Care Center of Melbourne while in Hospice care. She was born on July 23, 1923 in Pittston, PA the youngest of 5 children, to Bertha (Miller) and Michael Walsh.
Peg was predeceased by her husband, Walter in 2005 after 63 years of marriage.
Peg was a homemaker while raising her 4 sons. Peg also worked for Kolmar Labs in Port Jervis, NY for many years. After retirement, Peg and Walt spent summers in Tunkhannock, PA and winters in Florida. In 1990 Peg and Walt settled in Indian Harbour Beach from their Matamoras, PA home.
Peg is survived by her sons: Ronald of Jacksonville, FL, David and wife Mary Rita of Matamoras, PA, James and wife Barbara of Melbourne, FL, and Kenneth and wife Debra of Milford, PA. She also leaves nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements by Davis Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne.
