Marcellino J. Manganelli, Jr. of Satellite Beach left this life peacefully, March 12, 2020.  Born in New York City, NY 10/6/1926, he grew up in Union City and the Jersey shore.  Following his brother Paul, he enlisted in the US Navy near the end of WW II.  After returning home, he started his career in the automobile business.  He married and settled in Pt. Pleasant, then Brick, NJ where he raised his family.  Marcellino was in the automobile business most of his life, with a brief stint in home building.  Owner of Harmony Motors, Motorsport, and Hooper Motors in NJ, he also worked in Puerto Rico and Germany as US Military Auto Sales Regional Manager for GM and American Motors.  He loved sailing his "Lady Lena", a 37' Seidelman Sloop sailboat he named after his beloved mother Michelena.  He lived out his final years in Brevard County, Florida.  Predeceased by his former wife, Genevieve Behn Manganelli, son Drew Manganelli, brother Anthony Manganelli, sisters Nancy Gamba and Geraldine Rinaldi.  Survived by his brother Paul (Gilda), daughter Kim Cruickshank (Bryan) of Palm Bay, FL and son Marcellino III (Suzanne) of Galloway, NJ.  "Nu Nu" leaves behind grandsons, Marcellino IV (Kaylah) of Hobe Sound, FL Justin (Courtney) West Jefferson, NC  Christopher (Anna) West Jefferson, NC, Sean, Jared of Galloway, NJ and Logan of Toms River, NJ.  Great grandchildren, Summit Rae and Mila Jane. Nieces and nephews.   He also leaves behind many friends, notably Dave Cribb, Eckart Schneider, Marcel Miranda, Bernie Gresko, Lisa Miller, Beth Borden Wiles and Jim Habovick.  Many thanks to the Veterans Administration, Holmes Medical Center, Kindred Rehabilitation Hospital and Vitas Inpatient Hospice for the fine care Marcellino received.   He will have a US Navy burial at sea. There will be a private memorial for family and friends TBA.
