Lloyd Merrill Perkins age 91 of Melbourne, FL; died Saturday July 13, 2013 at Wuesthoff Hospice House in Rockledge, FL.
He was born October 6, 1921 in Roxboro, N.C. and had been a resident of Melbourne for 57 years moving here from his birthplace.
Mr. Perkins was a Veteran of W.W. II serving with the U.S. Army. He was also a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Melbourne.
Prior to retirement he was employed as a System Analysis for C.S.R. at Patrick Air Force Base
Members of his family include his wife of 62 years, Roxie Perkins, Melbourne. His sons, Kent Perkins, Gainesville, FL. And Brett Perkins, Melbourne. A brother, Bruce Perkins, Titusville, and a sister, Juanita Douglas of Fayetteville, N.C. and two grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will at held at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Melbourne, FL. 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013. Memorial contributions may be made to Wuesthoff Hospice or charity of their choice
