Linda J. Clouting of West Melbourne, Florida passed away on August 18, 2016.
Linda was born to the late Joseph and Belinda Rizzo on October 22, 1943 in Nashville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her son Bobby Clouting. She was married to Bruce Clouting for 52 years. They lived in Millbrook, NY for 26 years before being transferred to Richmond, Virginia where they lived for 18 years. They later retired and moved to Melbourne, Florida.
Linda worked at Cardinal Hayes Home for Children as an Administrative Assistant for 17 years. Since Linda moved to Florida, she has worked for Home Instead where she assisted elderly clients with their daily activities.
Linda was a life member of the Millbrook Fire Department Ladies' Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, reading and painting. Her biggest joy came from spending time with her three grandchildren.
Linda is survived by her husband Bruce Clouting of 52 years; her children Dawn (Ron) Melancon, of Glen Allen, Virginia and Kris (Scott) Langley of Canton, Michigan. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Zachary, Olivia and Megan; and her brothers Joe (Suzanne) Rizzo and Bob (Sarah) Rizzo and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 2:00 at the DAVIS SEAWINDS FUNERAL HOME, 560 Montreal Avenue, Melbourne.
In lieu of flower, the family is requesting that donation be made to Henrico Humane Society at henricohumane.org/donate or P.O. Box 28014, Richmond, VA 23228 or to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA.org).
