Lilia Sotelliza Stigall was born in Alcantara, Cebu, Philippines to Liberato Sabello Sotelliza and Valeria Batucan Sotelliza on July 6, 1944.
Lilia married Harvey H. Stigall, Sr. on March 17, 1967. Lilia was a loving wife and mother. She loved to cook Filipino dishes and was unrivaled in the art of cooking of fried rice, lumpia and pancit.
Lilia leaves behind sons Harvey Jr., Tony, Sidney, Rodney and daughter Leah, as well as sisters Elsa Maddox, Rebecca Sotelliza, brother Fredo Sotelliza, grandchildren, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
Lilia was a believer in Jesus Christ and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior prior to her death. Family and friends are comforted in knowing that she is now in the presence of the Lord and is rejoicing in His Kingdom of Heaven.
Lilia was preceded in death by her parents Liberato Sabello Sotelliza and Valeria Batucan Sotelliza, sister Aurora Sotelliza Lamosoa, brother Arnold Sotelliza and loving husband Harvey H. Stigall, Sr.
