Leon "Lee" Wright, Jr, 79 years of age passed away on April 29, 2026.  

He was born in Cortland, NY on June 2, 1947 to Myrtle and Leon Wright, Sr.

He served in the Air Force for 7 years.  After the service he had his own construction business for many years.  He started his own lawn business and for 32 years was known as "The Grass Menagerie".  He was involved with Green Gables maintaining the lawn and surrounding shrubbery.  He was very proud of his work there.

He is survived by Marion Ervin his long time partner of 38 years.  He is also survived by three step-children, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  He also has several cousins in New York.
