Lance Anthony Vangel, 52, of Indiatlantic, Florida, lost his courageous battle to brain cancer, on March 7, 2016. He was born on July 27, 1963 in Worcester. Massachusetts. His parents, Theresa A (Minardi) Vangel and Arthur J Vangel preceded him. He is survived by his sons, Anthony Vangel of Indiatlantic, Florida and Peter Vangel of Worcester, Massachusetts.
He also leaves the love of his life, ANGEL, Donna Lee Perry, whom he lived with. She lovingly took care of him through his illness.
He is also survived by his sister, Linda M. (Vangle) Little, her husband James L. Little Jr, his niece Kamai A Little, two nephews, James L Little III, and Marquise C. Little and many aunts, uncles and cousins and his trucking brothers, whom he will be watching as they travel the highways.
Lance graduated from Worcester Technical Vocational High (boys trade).
He lived in Worcester, Ma. Most of his life, he relocated for a short time in Main, and again in 2013 to Indiatlantic, Florida, as he called it his PARADISE.
Lance was a truck driver for thirty years, working for many companies, the latest, Galway Bay Transport. In his spare time, he enjoyed Jim Dandy sundaes, shell picking with his angel. He also enjoyed fishing, motorcycles and spending time with family. Lance remained an avid fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
There will be a memorial service in Worcester, Massachusetts at the convenience of the family. Cremation will be in Florida and his remains will be driven up North for his final ride.
