Kenneth Charles Wood of Indialantic, Florida age 48, passed away on January 30, 2024.

He was born in Smithtown, New York to Tracy and Carol Wood. The family moved to Florida in 1987. He was the oldest of three children.  He graduated from Melbourne High School.

Ken enjoyed bowling and cooking for family and relatives. He had a love of cats throughout his lifetime.

He will be remembered for always being willing to help. Ken loved shopping for unique gifts for birthdays and Christmas. He loved trying out new recipes on family and friends.

He is survived by parents, Tracy and Carol Wood of Indialantic, FL; brother, James (Christie) of Melbourne, FL; sister, Karen (Chris) of Palm Bay. Ken was an uncle to Brooke and Makenzie.

The visitation will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024 at 7:00-9:00pm at Davis Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne, FL. The funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 1 pm at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Indialantic, FL.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in the memory of Kenneth Wood, to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Brevard Humane Society.
