Kathryn (Kaye) Boggs was called home to Heaven surrounded in love by her adoring family on
February 20, 2020 at 9:57am.
Born in Ticonderoga New York where she was raised, along with her sister Mary Ann by her
adoring mother. She moved to Florida where she graduated from Boone High School in
Orlando and eventually moved to Brevard County in 1960. She spent years as an administrative
assistant for Radiation where she honed her shorthand and manual typewriting skills.
After her time at Radiation she moved to Hetra where she met the love of her life Murray Boggs.
Murray and Kaye were married on September 11, 1971 and had a wonderful life together
traveling and enjoying their time together. As members of the Eau Gallie Yacht Club, they
enjoyed tennis, bridge, social events and the many friends they made there. She was very
philanthropic spending time on the Hospital Guild, the Junior League and her favorite
organization The Haven For Children.
Her biggest passion in life was being an artist and what a great artist she was. A very
accomplished painter (Acrylic and Watercolor) she spent much of her spare time creating— she
was a ceramics and pottery artist, she was a published children's book illustrator and loved to
write, doodle, draw and sketch. Anything that sparked her creativity and grabbed her attention.
She spent time volunteering both in the community and in the school system.
Kaye was a beloved wife, friend, volunteer but her pride and joy was her family - she is survived
by her adoring husband Murray W. Boggs, daughter Katie Fredericks Lipman (Cary Lipman), her
grandson Jackson Fredericks (Father David Fredericks, wife Sherri Debose Fredericks), her
nephew Steven Price (Debbie Habovick Price), niece Sandra Gant (Steve Gant), niece Susan
Price (Michael Price) and countless other family members.
Preceded in death by her mother Jeanette, father Mac, sister Mary Ann, nephew Michael and
niece Susan.
A celebration of life will be held at The Eau Gallie Yacht Club on March 26th, 2020 from 4-6pm.
