Karla Rhodema Baker-Green, 56, graciously entered into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 31, 2014. Born on March 28, 1957 in New Orleans, LA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Alford and Lula Morris - Baker. Family and friends will miss her kind heart, deep appreciation for forgiveness, love of a good haircut and her spontaneous energy to a have a good time. Karla leaves many memories to be cherished by her children Anna Baker, Thomas Green (Kelly), Luann Bailey (Ian), Steven Green, James Green (Stephanie) and Jessica Kinney; siblings, Michael, Greg and Teresa Baker; grandchildren, Sierra, Nikenya, Aniyah, Alexis and Emma; and her nephew, Joseph Baker. Karla was predeceased by her son, Ronnie Green in 1986. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 6th at New Beginning's Church in Melbourne.
