Judith Laporte Thurman passed away May 13, 2015 in Melbourne, Florida. She was the spouse of Kenneth Thurman, daughter of the late Henri-Paul Laporte and the late Pauline Cliche.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her siblings, Christine, Yves (Lucie Monty ), Luce (Richard Letellier), Guy ( France Fauteux ) and Louis ( Odile Patry) , her nieces and nephews Mylne and lyse Letellier , Cleste, Justin, Simon and Audrey Laporte , their spouses and children, her stepchildren , Bryan Thurman, Rob Thurman and Trisha Thurman-Crawford , their spouses, children, and many relatives and friends.

She was an avid birder, a terrific asset to Space Coast Audubon Board, a fantastic treasurer, and always volunteering when needed. She was a nature lover and a great artist.
