John Anthony Mayock, Jr., 80, passed away on February 20th, 2014, in Palm Bay, FL. Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on April 1st, 1933 he was the beloved child of the late John Sr. and Florence Ring - Mayock. John will be remembered a wonderful and dedicated father, brother, uncle and friend. He honorably served in the U.S. Army and later in life retired as a science teacher. John leaves memories to be cherished by his daughters, Ellen Gnassi (Allen) and Carol Mayock; sister, Delphine Tricomi (Al); and numerous extended family members and friends. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 22nd at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Indialantic. Inurnment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township, PA at a later date.
