John Michael Taylor, 64, passed away in his sleep on February 10, 2017. Born in Waterbury, CT on August 11, 1952 he was son of the late Robert and Joan (Broderick) Taylor. John is survived by his wife Linda (Mervin) Taylor. They were married April 6, 1988. He was a veteran of the USMC having been discharged in 1970.
John managed several companies in resort development and had also been employed as a truck driver. He enjoyed golf, refinishing cars, hunting, and fishing. John suffered a seizure in 1995 disabling him to the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Linda, sons John Michael Taylor, Jr. and his wife, Jessica, Henry Robert Taylor, Jason Taylor, daughter, Teresa and four grandchildren, Aunt, Patricia Ariola, sisters, Patty Lazzeri of Palm Bay, Sheryll Garner and Roberta Macmillan both of Leesburg, FL., brothers Henry K. Taylor of Las Vegas, NV and Christopher Taylor of Leesburg, Jeffrey and Stacey Mervin of LA,
Daniel and Pat Mervin of WI, Diane and Ron Abbas of IA, Julie and Richard Rumpel of FL, Wendy and Greg Allen of WI, Marty and Ann Mervin of Minnesota, Brian and Christine Mervin of FL, and Christine and Ron Seals of FL. John is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
