John A. Brooke, II of Viera Florida, passed away on April 28 less than a month before his 92 nd birthday.

Born in Abington Township, PA, John was one of two sons of Joseph Arthur Brooke, MD and Ethlyn Van Arsdale (Lea) Brooke.
John served in the United States Air Force and earned his college degree at the University of Miami. He served the people of Florida
during his 18-year career with the Public Service Commission in Miami and Tallahassee. He also worked several years with Peoples
Gas Systems in Tampa and other public companies. He spent his retirement performing community service as a bailiff and other
positions with the Hillsborough Sheriff's Department.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Eileen Teresa (Greene) Brooke and his parents and older brother, Joseph Brooke II.

John is survived by his two sons, John III (Deby), Paul (Roberta), two grandsons, John IV (Cynthia) and Philip, and two great grandsons,
John V and Christopher.
