John C. Forman II, born November 19, 1958 in Michigan, passed away on December 29, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his mother, Joan Forman, his sister, Shawna Hyde, and his two nieces, Lindsay and Sarah Hyde. He had retired to Florida after a long career as a golf superintendent. John enjoyed many outdoor sports such as fishing, hunting, golf, skiing, snowmobiling, and motocross. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Michigan.
