Jan loved mixing drinks for many friends while working at The Cove in Satellite Beach, FL.
She was an avid reader who loved visiting the Brevard Co. public libraries. She read an estimated several thousand books throughout her lifetime. It was in her nature to encourage others to read.
She loved the challenge of very difficult crossword puzzles, was an expert scrabble player and seldom missed an episode of Jeopardy! She was an animal lover who treasured the companionship of her dogs and was a long-time college football fan who always looked forward to the kickoff of a new season - GO GATORS!
Jan's greatest pleasure in life was being a mother and cooking wonderful meals for her family and friends. She will be remembered as a beautiful, smart, stylish, kind-hearted, strong and generous woman. She was well-loved in her community and will be dearly missed.
Rest in peace mom.
