On December 17th, 2022 Jimmy passed away at his home in Melbourne, Florida surrounded by loved ones.  He had just celebrated his 69th birthday with friends and family.  Sadly, he lost his battle with lung cancer after being diagnosed just one year prior.

James was born on December 13, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA to Edward and Marie Sullivan.  He grew up in a large and loving home with four older siblings, Ed, Arlene, Tom and Theresa.  James graduated high school from Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School in 1972.  He worked for many years as a bartender as he learned the trade of carpentry.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Marie and his brother Tom.  He was survived by his loving companion, Jane Gillespie, his two daughters, Shannon Sullivan Perez (Marcelino) and Megan Sullivan, his beloved dog Chico, his brother Edward Sullivan, his sisters Arlene Sullivan and Theresa (Mike) Callahan, as well as his grandchildren, Brooke Perez, Ben Perez and Brandon Perez.

He will always be remembered for his infectious smile, positive outlook and happiness he brought to others.

Service arrangements are being made by family for the first week of January.  Details will be announced shortly.
