James J. Fahey retired USAF Senior Master Sergeant, passed away at home with family by his side at the age of 89 on October 7th, 2018.  He leaves behind his loving wife of 61 years , Del (Adella);  his son Patrick T. Fahey of Denver, Co. ; His grandson's Colin R. Fahey ,Trevor L. Fahey & great-grandson Hollis.

James was born in Teaneck, NJ on July 14th, 1929 to Thomas & Lillian Fahey and made a career in the military from 1948-1976, he was honored to have been able to serve his country here and abroad for 28 years including tours of duty in Vietnam. He was a member of Air Force Sergeants Association,  Knights of Columbus,  and Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. He will be laid to rest with a military service in the Cape Canaveral National cemetary.
